Location

From 6:00pm until 1:30am on June25th we had no water and no ability to even flush the toilet!!!!! The manager offered no recourse or compensation for this huge inconvenience...very disappointing.

Cordial staff, had really great stay!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was incredibly comfortable and warm. The bed was cozy and there was free Wi-Fi. Its location was great near everything. Also, Parkwood Baptist Church was 2 miles away from the venue.

We enjoyed many family-friendly activities in the area, particularly the Catawba Creek Golf Course, a hit with the kids. The beds were comfortable.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast should last longer for families. It felt early to end service at 8:30 AM, especially for late-night travelers like us.

Great staff but room needs TLC

I just gotta say, the staff here are super friendly! They were really helpful. The cleaning crew was the best part for sure. The room, though? Kind of dated and could use a good cleaning. Didn't try the breakfast either, but I heard it's not much. It was an okay stay.

Needs serious updates

The standard king room had a private bathroom, but the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. The bed was pretty worn out with broken coils and flat pillows. On a good note, I didn't see any bugs . But yeah, definitely needs some TLC.
